Chris runs Asset Management for JMC and in this role is responsible for asset level activities in each JMC portfolio property. These activities include all CAPEX investment projects from initial concept to full implementation, third party management, leasing, general contracting work (when applicable) and all other P&L related activities. Since joining JMC, Chris has lead over $40MM in capital projects. Prior to joining JMC, Chris was the Vice President of Facilities Operations & Incident Management for NBCUniversal. While at NBC, Chris lead corporate facilities operations, crisis management, and business continuity for the company’s global portfolio. Prior to NBC, Chris worked at Tishman Speyer in their New York office in a number of roles, including Director of Facilities, Operations & Engineering for NBCUniversal’s tri-state portfolio (approximately 2.2MM sqft), and Property Management: 200 Park Avenue (3MM sqft), 885 Third Avenue (700K sqft). Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Chris was a commissioned Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army. Chris received a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was a member of the Division I Men’s Lacrosse Team. Chris lives in Fairfield County CT with his wife and four children.
