“Chris joined JMC in April 2013, to oversee Asset Management for the portfolio. Prior to joining JMC, Chris held the role of Vice President of Facilities Operations & Incident Management for NBCUniversal. While at NBC, Chris lead corporate facilities operations, crisis management, and business continuity for the company’s global portfolio. Prior to NBC, Chris worked at Tishman Speyer in their New York office in a number of roles, including Director of Facilities, Operations & Engineering for NBCUniversal’s tri-state portfolio (approximately 2.2MM sqft), Property Management: 200 Park Avenue (3MM sqft), 885 Third Avenue (700K sqft).
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Chris was a commissioned Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army. Chris received a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was a member of the Division I Men’s Lacrosse Team. Chris, his wife Victoria, and two children live in Old Greenwich, CT.”
