David joined JMC in early 2011 and is responsible for acquisitions, joint ventures and new business. Prior to joining JMC Holdings in January 2011, David worked in the investments group at SL Green (NYSE: SLG) focused on New York acquisitions and structured finance transactions. Prior to joining SL Green, David worked at Tishman Speyer in their New York office in a number of roles, including acquisitions/dispositions, portfolio management and leasing. Since 2000, David participated in acquiring over $7.3 billion of Class A commercial office and multi-family residential properties throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, David worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in their Global Advisory Group, focused primarily on advising the U.S. Government on privatizing their U.S. Army housing stock. David received a B.A. in Economics from Duke University, where he was a member of the Division I Men’s Wrestling Team. David and his fiancé, Sara, live in Manhattan.
